Our first property for rent is in the Castiglione Messer Raimondo area of Abruzzo and has been transformed into a wonderful Italianate farm house with views over the Gran Sasso mountain range and endless olive groves. The renovation work was completed by July 2007. Please see our diary page!

Casa Toti was completed in October 2011. Situated in an olive Grove near Elice, Casa Toti is a brand new property built in Maiella stone with many traditional features.

Casa Mimosa sleeps up to 18 people with every mod con and a magnificent pool and Casa Toti sleeps up to 12 people. The surrounding countryside lends itself beautifully to being at peace and harmony with the world. It's a chance to indulge yourself, reflect, relax, and find some inner peace. Casa Mimosa is the ideal venue for wedding receptions and other functions. There is outside and inside entertaining space for up to 70 people. - Rental is to be paid in British Pounds.
- A deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking, unless booking is taken less than 8 weeks before departure when the full sum is required. A fully refundable security deposit of £250 will be charged at the time of booking and assuming no damage/breakages are noted, will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
- Charges for daily maid service and meals for the freezer are available on request.

Notes: There is also a kitchenette on the landing with tea/coffee making facilities leading out onto a balcony that catches the early morning sun. The washing machine and tumble drier are situated in a separate laundry area and the 6th bedroom/rec room is set up for children with a range of games, Wii, DVDs, video games and books. The hallway is a large, welcoming space with a piano. For our health conscious guests there is an exercise bike, ab trainer and a range of hand weights.

Casa Mimosa is fitted with openable insect screens on every window, ceiling and free standing fans in every bedroom and air con throughout in case of excessive heat. The pool area is paved and has a very large pool house which provides shade and also houses the table tennis table. The swimming pool and garden are maintained by Luigi! Gabriella, his wife will provide meals for the freezer and a daily maid service (at extra cost to you).

Skiing

Casa Mimosa is well situated for day skiing at several skiing resorts, including Roccaraso and Prati di Tivo. Please ask for more information about skiing or go to www.skiinfo.com.
